  Went on a Saturday, the bathroom was disgusting. The floors had trash and food everywhere, not a single table had been wiped down. For $20 entrees I would expect better upkeep. It would’ve made a huge difference in the experience and it made me question what the back looked like…

  Workers were more involved in their own conversations and flirting with each other than ensuring I got the correct food. Came in with a group of three and all three orders were messed up multiple times. We had to get there attention instead of them paying attention unreal experience, made us feel like an inconvenience rather than customers.

  CAVA’s food is always fresh, healthy, and delicious! I love eating here because it’s so easy to find great options that fit my gluten-free and low-carb preferences—and everything is quick, convenient, and flavorful. A big shout-out to Isaac, who is consistently professional, efficient, and welcoming. He really sets the tone for excellent customer service and helps make every visit a positive experience. And another big shout-out to Leah! She is always positive, upbeat, and fun, and she genuinely cares about getting your order just right. Her friendly attitude makes the experience even better. Great food and great people make all the difference. I highly recommend CAVA!

  Always out of ingredients and slow. Employees are never attentive. They act like it’s a chore to put rice and greens in a bowl. Whoever is in charge here seems to be hire people who simply don’t care. You simply can’t continue to run out of ingredients when you only have 20 total to choose from. Watching your employees scoop the smallest amounts they can while still charging $15 is wild. They act like the portions come out of their hourly. Sad. This location sucks.

  Ive never been to Cava before until I first tried it in Boulder CO. I was truly impressed by the freshness of the food, the ambiance of the resturant, and the exceptional customer service I received from Blanca. She made me feel comfortable , opened me up to experiencing a food I never tried before. I would highly recommend CAVA Boulder for a fast healthy dining experience with compassionate customer service . Thank you Blanca and CAVA staff for making my experience one to remember. Its greatly appreciated.
