  I have been a customer for a while in this place, and we were waiting 1 hour for our food, and it never came but everybody else did. No coming back again

  Went in early on a Sunday. The grilled pork bahn mi was awesome, best I’ve had in Boulder. The staff there was very nice as well. If you are looking for a bahn mi in Boulder this is your spot.

  After visiting Vietnam, Boulder Pho’s Spicy Beef Noodle Soup is the only place in Boulder that actually takes me back sitting in the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Authentic flavor, don’t listen to the closed minded reviews. If you want real and DELICIOUS Pho, come here. I always DoorDash from here when I’m sick and their soups literally heal me as I take a bite. Their boba is pretty elite too and packaged so cutely. ILY Boulder Pho!!!

  My favorite restaurant in Boulder! I’m vegetarian/mostly-vegan and there are so many amazing dishes here, my favorites including the lemongrass tofu, bahn mi, vegan pho, and can’t forget the fried tofu appetizer. I know Vietnamese cuisine isn’t vegan by default and it’s not every restaurant where there’s something for veg diners. I always want to order more and am constrained only by my stomach capacity, hah! Perfect spice to everything I’ve had, and the service is top notch. Lately I’ve gotten the special that includes a boba tea, which I save for a cooling dessert. I love this place so much!

  Was yelled at for leaving a low tip while doing take out orders. Lucky they even got anything at all. Food here is a hit or miss, meat can be overly fatty or smelly, while other times its normal. Whomever it was that was yelling at me for a low tip has lost my business and my wife's. Wouldn't recommend this place as the servers/staff and maybe owners have terrible attitudes and food quality is a little concerning.
