A couple minutes later this worker with black hair in two braids came out to help with the orders, it was quite loud in the store and she yelled at us (not in a way to get our attention but more in an angry way) to come over. She was extremely passive aggressive and it felt extremely uncomfortable with the way she was acting towards us. I understand that everyone has bad days, my friends and I all work in the service industry, but that is not a way to treat a costumer.

Their shakes are so well made, the milk / ice cream ratio is perfect - it’s something they have mastered and someone from corporate should send someone to Boulder to study it…because no other Ben & Jerry’s I’ve been to has seemed to figure it out.

I am a little sad that the cone seemed a lot bigger than the amount of ice cream I received. However one of the people that worked there flagged down a guy giving away free donuts that was walking down Pearl Street and we got a free donut! That was really nice. I hope to try all of the other flavors of Ben and Jerry's ice cream someday.
