They remade it and even though it was a mistake on their end, we still had to pay full price. Manager straight up said after being asked about it " Well, we remade it for her."

It ruined our whole overnight trip that we never get to do. I would have emailed them directly, but don’t see an email address for us to do that. Sooo ok. I’m letting everyone know this way.
