  We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Timberline Grill! Everything we ordered was consistently delicious, from the crab cakes to the steaks, prime rib, and filets. Everyone in our party of six loved their meal. What truly made the evening special, though, was our server, Jay. He was courteous, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire meal. For my husband's birthday, I asked if he would sing "Happy Birthday" in Hindi. I told him he didn't have to, but he smiled and said he wanted to, and it made the celebration so memorable. His warmth and exceptional service turned a great meal into a wonderful family memory. Thank you, Jay—we hope to see you again!

  We came to this restaurant for our one year wedding anniversary and we’re very disappointed by the service. We weren’t checked on by the wait staff once the entire meal other than to drop off our food. Our entrees took over an hour to be served even tho the restaurant wasn’t busy. We got our rolls and one of them came out raw in the center. The bread that came with our appetizer was stale to a point that was hard to chew, our lobster was overcooked, our crab was undercooked and so was our steak. Our steak which mind you was very expensive was served on a plate that was garnished with nothing but a singular jalapeño and two pieces of pork rind to which you can tell the steak was slid onto the plate because they didn’t bother to wipe the plate off. We ordered a medium steak and ended up with something that was rare, maybe, medium rare. To top it all off we spent the night in and out of the bathroom from what we suspect was the crab. Would not recommend, this restaurant was very disappointing, one star

  Horrible Experience. We waited 50 minutes for our food, which I understand restaurants can get busy but the server was un attentive and dismissive and did not give us a wait time for the foods ETA. When we asked someone, she put her arms up and said IDK with an annoyed look on her face. Disgusting customer service, a simple “let me check on that for you sir!” would suffice. After a long wait time, we stepped out to use the restroom and the server told me as I was walking back in that the food is ready, so I stepped back out to find my family and a worker (I’m assuming security or management) approached me saying we cannot walk out and will have to involve the police. I told him we just stepped out and he continued to repeat himself 3x, loudly causing a scene. I did not come all this way to be embarrassed or treated as if I were a criminal attempting to not pay. Atmosphere was not welcoming at all, so we asked for the plates to go and did not even bother staying. This sucks because my Dad was really looking forward to enjoying a Steak here! If you’re looking for a friendly place to eat, try JINYA Ramen Bar next door! Staff is very nice!

  The steaks were cooked to perfection! Steaks had a nice crust on the outside and juicy inside. Everything is ala carte. The restaurant is beautiful. Highly recommend. Free garage parking

  Something's changed in the Timberline, it used to be over the top good food and service! Our server was Green to say the least, deer in the Headlights and all over the place! If there's a chef he should really reevaluate the lobster mac and cheese there's no Lobster! I sent it back the second one came out the same. For $21 it was horrible! How do you charge $45 for a shot of Azul Tequila?! You must be out of your minds! The lobster was like rubber, the server was lost in space, the overall experience was horrible! I would have expected a manager to come to the table after the mac and cheese Fiasco, nothing! Will not return!
