  This was the worst buffet ever I tried everything just to be fair. I get more value going to Golden corral then coming to this buffet. It’s absolutely horrible hands-down.. Not to mention I was on toilet for the next three hours.

  One of the worst buffets I have ever been to, the food was horrible, cheap food with no taste and super expensive for the quality. I can’t believe as nice at this place is that the food isn’t delicious. So far we haven’t found anything good in this area.

  The room was awesome, we got the hot tub in the room kind, view is great, hostess at the buffet yelled at us, and the lady who is there that does the guest count and charges your card was kind of rude, but other wise our server was great and friendly. the casino, staff were great

  Yesterday I drove 5 hours to take my daughter to The Buffet restaurant in the Monarch casino in Black Hawk CO for Her birthday. So that she could have unlimited lobster tails. I paid $60 +taxes x 2=128$ they gave us a ticket each for only 1 lobster tail. I ticket for crab legs. And the lobster tail is 2 1/2 inches dry and stuck to the shell you can't get it out and have to pinch bits of what flesh out. From the 1 lobster tail you get the amount of 2 medium size shrimp. And you are only allowed the one no more. they don't have many seafood Items. The had 1 Italian seafood dish. 1 cocktail shrimp plate. 1 pico de gallo shrimp plate. 1 butterfly shrimp plate. They have steak the was fantastic. Dry Prime rib. who would go to a Buffet to eat pizza, cheese burgers, Nachos- lame Nachos and lame salad and pay $60 for that? We stayed and ate because I drove 5 hours to get to it and only a few casinos around with only 1 gas station in 16 minutes away and had to drive 5 hours back to go home. Go to your local diner Buffet you will be more satisfied with half the price true unlimited seafood more and better options less mileage less gas expense. THE BUFFET restaurant is NOT worth it. The cooks are rude. Not good service. I told them I had driven all that and that it was a special day and the only person that felt it was the girl showing us to the table. I saved money just to be able to go. People go to your local Buffet for dinner 💯 times better. God bless you all. 7/31/2026

  What a disappointment. We always like to go someplace special for our anniversary. It did not live up to our expectations. The lobster tails were bad, they cut them in half and you could not get much of the tail to eat. I ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter kept coming back to our table to collect the $50 over and over again like we were not going to pay for it. After I paid him I never seen him again. I told him I would add the tip at the end of the dinner. This buffet is to support all the gaming not something special. I could tell by the people that were having dinner. We can afford good food, but compared to other Buffet it was only average. When it came to 9 pm. They closed everything up without any real notice. The staff was just trying to close everything up and go home. Management must have something to do with this. I want some prime rib but when I checked they said they had just run out. Someone did come to our table later and offer us so well done, who eats well done prime rib. When a went to get a dessert it was all put away and they didn’t offer to get something for me and told me I was too late. We brought extra money to do some gambling but just left disappointed.
