Black Hawk's premier buffet is open daily and features a whole new lineup of live-action food stations from around the globe, with an expansive fresh garden salad bar including homemade soups.
Dinner highlights include a variety of seafood, including lobster tail, shrimp and crab legs, made-to-order Vietnamese Pho, and a carvery with USDA prime rib and other choices. Plus, a wide array of delicious homemade desserts!
I dine quite often with this buffet and always enjoy the food. It was the service today that appalled me. I guess I was sat in the "forgotten table". No server acknowledged me. I stopped the manager and ask for drink. She went to the back and never came back and I was already eating of my second trip for the buffet. Finally, a busser approached the server closest to my table. The server pointed at tables and, I guess, realized it was his section. He approached and asked me if I had wanted a drink and I wondered what happened to the manager that I stopped and asked for a drink. No apology for my waiting. I did not even get approach to follow up. No pre-bussing. My first plate was still on the table. The drink served to me was the last interaction I got from the staff today.

The hostess at the entrance was nice helpful and put us on the waitlist. When we were called for our party of six we paid in pairs of two the second hostess was rude. She was busy talking and didn’t see my daughters go in and sit we were not told to wait to be seated by this time we had already went through the first hostess and the cashier. Some of the servers were rude especially the one at the ice cream. The carpet makes it kind of dark and not so inviting. The food was okay but for the price we should have had a better experience. When you are paying 384.00 for a party of six you should not have issues with staff. The waiter who brought the drinks was great other than that will not be going back.

Food is definitely not of the finest quality. Waiter checked on us once, and they were not that busy. Quite a variety and able to find something even for the pickiest eater. Worth a try.

Food selection is decent but quality is mediocre. Food is often dry, lukewarm, and/or bland. The line also moves very slow, so if there's a line, don't bother, as it could be 30+ minutes until you're seated.
If you earn a free buffet from gambling and there's no line, then it's worth it. If you're paying out of pocket, go somewhere else for better food.
