  We ordered eggs Benedict which came with 2 hard boiled eggs(mine and my wife's) Hollindaise sauce was bitter/runny.. Won't eat here again

  Hi, I’d like to share some feedback about our experience today. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing from the moment we walked in. There were dirty drinking glasses sitting on the reception desk when we arrived, which wasn’t a great first impression. While we were waiting, there were already two other customers dealing with issues. It also seemed like the new server was being sent to the wrong tables throughout the restaurant. In fact, our own food was delivered to the wrong table first. She apologized and told us this had already happened three times that day, which made it seem like there was a lack of organization and support for a new employee. When my food finally arrived, I ordered a bowl of rice, but it was extremely mushy and overcooked. I politely tried to send it back, but our server didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to explain. He came back and told me the chef said they couldn’t remake the rice. I’ve honestly never been to a restaurant where overcooked rice couldn’t simply be replaced. On top of that, once our food was brought out, no one came back to check on us, refill our drinks, or ask if we needed anything. We spent most of the meal trying to get someone’s attention. This is actually our third time eating here, and every visit has been disappointing for one reason or another. We kept giving the restaurant another chance because we wanted to like it, but after three poor experiences, I felt it was important to let you know. I’m not looking to complain just for the sake of complaining. I simply believe customers should receive properly prepared food, attentive service, and have legitimate concerns addressed instead of being told nothing can be done. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

  Used to have the best prime rib i ever ate but the one I just had was tough and tasted like yesterday's shoe leather. Green chile bfast burrito was great though. Not sure what changed but you need to go back to the way it was. Menu shrunk to nothing as well.

  I was worried after reading reviews but this place exceeded my expectations. It was amazing. Grilled chicken sandwich, burger, tenders and Philly sandwich were all great. Not one complaint. The waiter was nice and prompt to take our orders and the robot bringing the food was a cool touch. Nice to find a good kid friendly restaurant.
