  Hit it and miss with the speed of service but they do accept the coupons from the mail so you can get some good deals.

  Ordered the 12" vegie patty sandwich got it home and no patties to be found. The sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, they were not. Ordered 1 extra bag of chips, didn't get them. 🙃

  I visited the subway today after being sick, very sick. A sandwich with fresh vegetables, cheese and vinegar and oil sounded so good. The gentleman was very nice, but whoever owns these franchises, especially this one, should be ashamed. There was no one on the store snd it looked as if they deliberately don’t make bread ahead and the vegetables were all worn and tasted like cold storage! How sad! You don’t have any competition for this type of food here! How difficult would it be to cut tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion and cucumber fresh each day? These franchise owners are rich, selfish people who can’t hire someone to make sure the tables and floors shine because they are too worthless. It is frightening to think how unsanitary the back kitchen is.

  Went in at about 630 to get a sandwich, they were almost out of every kind of bread and only had three loaves total left over. That’s not a very good look for a sandwich shop that’s open till 8 or 9 PM. How are you supposed to service the rest of your customers? The guy working behind the counter also made me bag my own sandwich and chips and cookie into the bag, which isn’t the biggest deal but also it would be nice if they were respectful enough to ask us if we want a bag and not just assume that we don’t.

  This is the most poorly run Subway ever. It's been through a few management changes and only gets worse. My daughter is in town from Ohio and we ordered on line. When she picked up this simple order, they didn't have the steak for the cheese steak sandwich I ordered, and they didn't have the roast beef for another sandwich. This is unacceptable business practice. I was forgiving the first time this happened when Xcel shut power down. But there is NO excuse for this other than bad management. On top of that, the employee made no apology nor compensation. In fact said, sorry, that's not how this works I will be making sure I tell every patron in my Berthoud, Colorado not to patronize this place again.
