Ordering online is an hours long process. App won't accept Amex security codes, even though the details says it does

$30 for a small, thin pizza, delivered late, barely warm, and somehow they couldn’t even manage the extra sauce I paid for. I ordered this pizza specifically with EXTRA SAUCE for my kids. What arrived about 20 minutes late was one of the driest pizzas I’ve ever seen. There was virtually no sauce on it. For $30, you’d think getting the toppings you actually ordered would be a fairly low bar. The pizza was bad. The manager’s response was considerably worse. I called expecting a simple, “Sorry, we’ll fix it.” Instead, the manager argued with me and told me it was essentially impossible for the pizza not to have sauce, as though I had concocted an elaborate scheme to defraud Domino’s out of tomato sauce. She demanded that I text her a picture. I did. Her immediate response? She could “see sauce.” Fantastic. Apparently the standard for EXTRA SAUCE is now whether management can locate trace amounts of tomato in a photograph. I ordered EXTRA SAUCE. The pizza was bone dry. That was the problem. The arrogance and complete lack of customer service were remarkable. Nobody called demanding a forensic investigation into the pizza. I called because my kids’ $30 small pizza arrived late, lukewarm, and incorrectly made. Mistakes happen. A competent manager fixes them. An unprofessional one argues with the customer and demands photographic evidence before insisting the mistake doesn’t exist. Thirty dollars. Small thin pizza. Late. Barely warm. Virtually no sauce despite ordering extra. Then an argument from management. If you’re charging resort-town prices for a small Domino’s pizza, the absolute minimum should be making the thing correctly. There are plenty of places around Avon and Beaver Creek where you can spend $30 on food. I can’t imagine voluntarily spending it here again.

Yesterday we ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas. They were barely edible. Dried out and no sauce. We have been pleased with the food in the past but this was a complete disappointment. We should be credited for this order. Cleive Dumas Edwards

Ordered carryout. While pulling into the parking lot the delivery driver FLEW out of his parking space without looking and then gave me a dirty look. Went inside and the girl at the counter asked for my name. I gave it to her and she told me my order wasnt ready yet. I went to go stand somewhere and and she dissapears and an older gentleman walks up and starts tending the cash register. Watching this man work made me realize he was way in over his head. Watched all of the pizzas come out but nobody called out my name or anything. About 10 minutes later I came up and asked again and was finally handed my pizza. Employee tending the oven pulled out his phone and put it back in his pocket without washing his hands and continued to work.
