We had arancini, one of the best iv'e ever had, pizza, pear salad, and a carbonara style pasta that was incredible. We're so glad we took our server Spencer's advice, he was superb in every way. We will return for sure.

Came here when the restaurant was not very busy. The dining experience was over 2 hours and 30 minutes. We ordered no drinks, and only one appetizer before the main. Took over 30 minutes for the desert to come, and the food was average to say the least. Would not recommend.

We had the Colletta insalata and the sausage pizza for dinner! The food was delicious! They were even accommodating with my dairy allergy with my pizza and salad. We will be back next weekend. This restaurant is so beautiful especially with the views of the mountains. Our server Jackson was wonderful and very tentative.

We did the prefix menu and we tried items that we definitely wouldn't have ordered. Everything was delicious but surprisingly the pizza was a stand out! The lamb pasta was also good. The rib eye was well cooked but the flavor wasn't a standout, much more simple. The focaccia with the ricotta and the lemon honey was so good. The fried oysters were too fishy for my husband but I liked them. Kendall (our server) was excellent, even though it was only her 3rd day. Thanks Kendall for being so amazing and taking us on a food journey that was blissfully sans rabbit. I want to add that the view is absolutely stunning of the Beaver Creek resort mountain. I've included a lobby photo from the Westin which is the same view as from the restaurant.

My family and I had high hopes walking into Colletta. As a dad of two little ones (ages 4 and 2), I’m always scouting for family-friendly spots, and the restaurant’s online photos, featuring a spacious outdoor patio, sold us immediately. Room for the girls to run around, fresh mountain air, a little breathing room while we ate: exactly what we needed. That illusion ended at check-in. The hostess informed us the outdoor seating pictured online isn’t actually available for service, not occasionally, not ever. Leading with a photo that doesn’t reflect reality is a problem before we’ve even sat down. Once seated inside, things didn’t improve. Across the board, the food was under-seasoned to the point of blandness, like salt and herbs were an afterthought. The low point was my entrée: spaghetti with lobster. Twice I bit into small pieces of shell mixed into the pasta, unacceptable at this price point. The lobster itself was worse: overcooked, rubbery, with a fishy, off flavor. I managed a few bites before giving up on it. For a restaurant riding on its Italian pedigree and polished online presence, Colletta underwhelmed on nearly every front — misleading marketing, forgettable seasoning, and a signature dish that missed the mark. I can’t recommend it for a family night out.
