  I placed an online pickup order for 2:30am and when I got there I proceeded to wait in line for 10min came up to the speaker and was told they “ran out of food” this doesn’t even make sense at all as there’s three employees there all sitting around doing nothing I came to the window and they then offered to give me a receipt to come back another day to pick up my food again doesn’t make sense why would I do that when I’m here right now they also were no help with getting a refund and told me to just use their app

  Ignorant employees that had me and 7 other cars waiting in line for 17 mins just to get my order wrong and say while we where ordering everything is out of stock while i see and hear the employees giggling and vaping instead of doing their jobs. What a sad building dont know what they need either a revamp of employees or management or hopfully both

  Ordered 5/9/2026 at 7:30 pm online and went through drive through drive through time was 10+ minutes and when got home with food 2 items were completely wrong was not busy when I got there and the order was very simple

  Had 1 cheesy bacon Burrito and 1 Grande sausage Burrito this where 2 stars came off sausage was sliced from patties could have diced for better distribution and potatoes were hard and dry like leftover and reheated not sure about that. I've eaten here before for lunch and food was good. I think the breakfast crowd is not as popular as lunch or dinner I was there at 8:45 AM not a steady flow of traffic just trickle traffic. I ordered takeout through the drive thru and didn't go inside.

  You know....we've been coming to this Taco Bell for almost 10 years and had high-ish hopes. It's improved over the years with a change of management. They keep trying and I think they're better than they were. They've got some people in there that care about getting you good looking food, orders that are right and not missing things, and that the place is clean and the people are kind. I was a harsh critic years ago but think they've come a long way. I appreciate the gift card if things don't go the way they should have and that they're taking ownership. It means a lot. Thanks for doing a good job for us this week TB!
