  This location seems to be going through a difficult season. I'd suggest ordering in person. Delivery has become inconsistent, with missing items or just poor quality. I seem to have luck when I wait for the turnover rate to cycle through again.

  Everytime my wife and I come through Josh makes sure to get our order Fresca style since other locations consistently mess it up. We’re vegans and knowing that they care enough to know about obscure menu styles is super helpful. Huge shout out to Josh and this location for being vegan/dairy free friendly.

  Old lady at the drive-through taking orders is really rude and she got an attitude. I don’t think she should be working there.

  Clearly drive through times matter more than serving customers or making money. The drive thru was empty, but when I didn’t order within 60 seconds the person working started pressuring me and hounding me? I said I needed a minute and 30 seconds later they asked, “Are you ready yet? What are you looking for? I can help you find it. Speak up.” And giving me sass because I needed to decide what I wanted, even (especially) after I repeated that i still needed a second. So I left without ordering. Just drive to the one on Havana. It’s worth the extra time.
