  They wouldn't let us order inside at 10am, only their friends were allowed to. They asked if we wanted a Pepsi, we said no multiple times. They charged us for a Pepsi we didn't want and refused to refund us. They gave attitude and told us we didn't know what we were talking about, about our order, then got our order wrong and gave us improperly wrapped food that looks like it's been spot on. DO NOT GO HERE. Oh, and to top it off, the employee who did all of this claimed to be the manager. I'm certain she wasn't, but, if she was, all the more reason to just shut it down.

  Ordered a value meal on doordash. Was staying nearby, decided to walk to pick up. I paid on the app in advance. The giant troll at the window refused to open the window and give me my food. I went earlier the next day however and the young girl at the register was so nice.

  If your website and door say you’re open until 3:00, then saying, “Welcome to Taco Bell” only to go dead silent and not acknowledge someone where you place the order or at the window because it’s 2:15, then just put it on your website that you close at 2:15 instead of having people drive all the way here. Nothing better than checking the hours before, only to have that bs happen.

  Whoever is reading the orders needs to be fired cause clearly they can't read. My receipt says two baja blast and I got two free waters, like zero common sense. Along with things that you order not even being inside of the bag

  I don’t think why they have people working the drive through that don’t even know how to speak or understand English well. They never get my food order correct. It’s so frustrating to get home to find out the whole order was wrong. This is already the second time this has happened.
