  My “you seem pretty pink for a Baja Blast” wasn’t pink and tasted like a fart 😭 I’ve also had multiple poor past experiences here like receiving the wrong sized drink in the drive thru (smaller) even when it was the only thing I had ordered. My expectations are typically low for a Taco Bell but my fart tasting Baja was especially heartbreaking. 😢

  Taco Bell has seriously gone downhill. Gone are the days when you could order something and actually get a decent amount of meat, cheese, and fillings. The prices keep going up while the quality and portions keep getting worse. This order came to $40 after rounding up for 3 soft tacos, a chicken quesadilla, Cinnamon Twists, a Crunchwrap Supreme, a steak grilled cheese burrito, large nacho fries, and a large Pepsi. For $40, I expected a hell of a lot better. And, of course, the Cinnamon Twists were completely missing. What is it with Taco Bell locations constantly forgetting items? It happens way too often. Customers shouldn't have to go through their entire bag before leaving just to make sure they actually received what they paid for. The chicken quesadilla was especially pathetic. Hardly any chicken, hardly any cheese — basically a tortilla with sauce and a few sad fillings. The Crunchwrap Supreme was underfilled and underwhelming. The nacho fries were COLD. The steak grilled cheese burrito was mediocre at best and mostly tortilla. Ironically, the one thing they weren't stingy with was the sauce packets. Plenty of those. Overall, extremely disappointing. I was genuinely craving Taco Bell, and this order quickly reminded me why I stopped going there in the first place. $40 for missing items, cold food, skimpy portions, and mostly tortillas is ridiculous. Taco Bell needs to do better.

  Only taco bell I have been to in over a year. They're always quick and friendly! Love the the drive thru bunny 🐇 🌼

  This is one of the best run Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, the building is clean and they always get my order exactly right. If you look at my reviews I am pretty particular about food places, so this really was a pleasant surprise

  I went through the drive-through today at 4:21 pm to get two happy hour drinks- two medium Baja Fresh. I was charged the full price of $6.24 when it should have been the happy hour price of two dollars plus tax. I asked the drive thru employee about this. They insisted that the purchase had to be done through the Taco Bell app to get the happy hour price and they could do nothing about it. I could not find this written anywhere when I came home and looked into this. I called the Taco Bell customer service and found out that you can order the happy hour drinks through the drive-through without the app. We will not be visiting this location again. Not sure why they would alienate customers by blatantly lying about their own policies.
