  I can’t speak on atmosphere because I haven’t been inside, but you can tell this is a business that cares about their customers and the quality they deliver. I want nothing but success for Sushi Totoro.

  Food was good but the service was horrible. Came here for my birthday and they were very rude and didnt seem to want to deal with us. They were watching us and giving us nasty looks and didnt even to bother checking up on us or seeing if we need any refills. Food took over 30 mins to bring us the food and the restaurant was basically empty except our party. And overall to expensive , they charged us 6 dollars for sodas!. Didnt even seem like they wanted to help some people in our group as they were here for the first time and had some questions. Don't recommend if you want some good service. Not to mention hair or unknown object found in our mussels.

  We used to come here all the time. We went back for lunch. The sushi fell apart everytime you picked it up and the wasabi was old and discolored. Leftover sushi pieces are $1 EACH. Unreal for subpar quality. We won’t be back.

  This place was so great! I ordered pick up today and everything was delicious. Portions were perfect for my lunch and it was super quick. I'll definitely be back

  This used to be my absolute favorite sushi place, but I don’t know if there is a different owner or what but it is like a different restaurant. The service is absolutely horrible, and the worst part of the terrible service… the server was the owner. My son loves tofu so I always ask for extra in the miso soup, she gives three tiny cubes of tofu, and when I asked for more she said that tofu is too expensive and I would have to pay extra for extra tofu. I can’t believe how different sushi Totoro is. I will never be back, and it is 100% because of the owner.
