  The smash burger was still good, but if you've been ordering the #1 since 2000 and didn't bother to read the menu - DO! Because they've changed their menu!

  placed an order for a sundae and cheddar peppers online. took them 20 minutes to bring me out my order after telling them i have been waiting for 20 minutes. also asked for 3 ranch packets but only received 1, asked if they can bring me out another ranch packet, they said hold on. there are no cars in drive thru and not at all busy. waited 5 minutes and came to the door to ask again for it. theyre all on their phones not doing anything.

  I should have read the reviews. Uber or not, my order should be correct. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with oreo pieces in it. there was no hot fudge, and barely any pieces and the chocolate syrup. My fries were cold and not even filled all the way. The drive wasn’t far or long, got my food quickly, so no reason for the fries to be cold. Disappointed, specially because I loved sonic so much

  Waited 20 minutes for cold food and a watery milkshake in a busted cup. Asked for the drink at least to be remade and came back in ANOTHER busted cup and missing the fruit that I paid extra for. Every time I’m here something is messed up and it’s tiring that no one cares to fix it. Skipping this sonic from now on…

  When I come during the day they get the order wrong because they can’t speak English, when I come at night it’s a two person team working a 20 car drive through. I ordered ahead submitted my order at 8:24pm I sat in the stall after checking in for 20min watching 5 Uber eats drivers park in the stalls next to me and walk in and just Hoover inside sonic and get all their food. I decided to pull out and go through the drive-through again waiting, by the time I got to the window and got my food it was 9:04 mind you, I waited at the window very little time because my food was already ready in a bag….. o and I’m missing a drink I’ve never left a review for this Sonic instead, I’ve just chalked it up to a loss each and every time however I think it’s about time we fix some things if you’re gonna just keep taking my money and my time 👍🏼
