  My order was wrong, the carhop refused to honor what I ordered in the app, and then was very belligerent when I showed him what I ordered on the app. 0/10 will never eat at this location again

  I ordered the foot long hot dog. It was not hot temperature wise and the frank was soft like as if was boiled for more than needed. I had two bites then I tossed it.

  I get off work extremely late and look forward to going to this sonic. They advertise that they are open until 1am... so it says in on Google & Google Maps. The past 4 nights, I've arrived there before 1am, like tonight I tried to enter my mobile order at 12:40pm and it said that they were closed. All the lights still on, no one answered the drive threw or at the window. The previous night I was pulling in and they shut their lights off at 12:52am. I understand I'm cutting it close, but this has become extremely frustrating. Don't advertise you are open until a said time, if you are going to shut your systems down early and not take orders. I would also understand if this was a 1 time thing, but it has happened for the past 4 nights in a row! Ridiculous that workers are that lazy, and trying to get out of work a couple mins early.

  This is my first ever review of a restaurant and it was an awful experience to say the least. I waited in an empty drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. I even asked, “Hey, is anyone there?” Still no one answered. I even took it upon myself to drive to the window, giving them the benefit of the doubt of preparing more orders. Yet, when I pulled up still no one acknowledged me at the window. A few people were cleaning up and one person was making a drink. Not a single person bothered to come check on the random car that just pulled up just to see what was going on. I waited for another 10 minutes without anyone help until someone else pulled up behind me. I decided to drive off and take my business elsewhere to people who care about their customers. Again, I don’t ever leave reviews, but this one takes the cake for worst customer service of all time.

  Slowest service ever. Takes forever. This place is anything but fast food. There's no reason why I should be there for 51 mins while its not even busy, literally 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. By the time it was my turn at the window they still didnt even have my milkshake ready. I waited an extra 13 mins before I finally just asked to cancel my order to refund me, & to my surprise they gave me an attitude about it because I guess its consider "extra work" for me, idk & idc, not my problem. Its literally the only sonic in my area, the others are too far. So I thought I can order ahead in the app to help cut the time short but unfortunately to no avail, they're service is just the worst. Plain & simply put, the worst. I'd give this place zero stars if I could but im forced to give it one star to sumbit this post. I normally dont post but thats how horrible this place is, that I felt the need to actually leave a post so that others don't have experience what I experienced. Stay away if you value your time, money & respect.
