They are extremely slow here. The employees vape inside the restaurant while you sit there waiting for food. On camera and they do not care. The GM is never there!

What initially came off as disinterest in helping me at the speaker, I asked her would she like me to pull around to the window. I did, she was still disinterested in helping me. Her attitude was passive aggressive and dismissive. Then she turned around, closed the window and left me there waiting for my food. She walked up to two other employees and started laughing. A woman walked to the window and said “do u need something else?” I advised her I was still waiting on my cheese sticks. She left to retrieve them and handed me the bag. When pulling out the cheese sticks and breaking it in half, I see it’s not even fresh. Cheese doesn’t pull.
I don’t know what was wrong with this team of ladies but I hope this was an isolated incident. I hope Sonic does something about this nasty experience because as a paying customer, I would appreciate a more considerable interaction.

While this sonic makes a consistent quality of food, they fail to bring out pickup orders frequently. I wouldn't recommend doing a pickup at all, but if you, do walk up to the door to ask. They let our food sit for 15 mins after checking in at the location through the app.

Tried placing an order at one of the car stalls today. The guy who took my order said it'd be a second to get my total so I waited, didn't hear anything, and saw the button light had turned off. Tried pushing it again, same guy comes on and asks what I want, so I explain that I'd just placed an order and was waiting for a total. Line goes dead again. I tried pushing the button a couple more times and each time I hear a brief shuffle on the other end before it goes dead. So I go through the drive thru, tell the lady taking my order that I was in one of the car stalls and kept getting hung up on and she literally says, "Alright, what can I get you?" It's not like I was trying to make a big deal out of it and would think they'd wanna know if there was a unit having technical issues. I can't believe she couldn't just say SOMETHING like, "sorry about that" or "thanks for letting us know so we can look into it." This location is seeeriously lacking in very basic interpersonal/ customer service skills. I told her never mind, I'll go somewhere else!
