Kitchen staff apparently putting out wrong orders as the front worker was having to take orders back. Totally understaffed. Waited 20+ minutes for just two shakes. Front guy kept splitting his attention between making shakes and dealing with serving and taking orders. Once we got the shakes they were like chocolate milk. Cold, good taste, but totally liquid. I'd skip this particular store.
