- AAASep 26, 20265.0Ordered the sweet potato waffle fries to-go, v sweet, helpful & friendly staff, clean & calm environment (a peaceful lunch suited me) with light background music!
- CDCg DdSep 25, 20261.0When I entered the restaurant, the employee at the counter did not acknowledge or greet me, even after I approached within a few feet. When I finally walked up to ask a question about your menu, the employee stared at me without speaking. I asked about the Turkey Burger, and he simply replied, "We don't have Turkey Burgers" — no offer of alternatives, no apology, and no further engagement. I found this interaction unwelcoming and unprofessional. As a result, I left without ordering and went to Jersey Mike's next door instead. I found this interaction unwelcoming and unprofessional. I've been a Smash Burger customer in the past, but experiences like this make it difficult to return. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that you can address staff training or supervision.
- FJFat JoeSep 11, 20261.0The burger was not prepared as requested, lacked flavor, and the promotional item was omitted from the delivery, which is quite disappointing.
