  Whenever i get here i get so spoiled feels like came to visit my family with these staffs here, so much love and respect they provide for the customers this time is by Scott and Lily, of course the food is amazing. Thank you for hiring such a great team.

  I had a very disappointing experience at your location on the evening of September 6th. My husband and I visited two weeks prior and loved the burgers, so we were excited to return. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. When we received our order, it was incorrect. While the staff worked to fix the missing portion, our original food sat in the window getting cold. When my husband politely raised concerns about the food sitting out, the female expediter was dismissive and had a bad attitude. She refused to remake the cold food, so my husband requested a refund. The situation escalated when my husband asked about the tip, noting that since we never received our food, it didn't make sense to pay it. Instead of a professional response, the employee told him "don't disrespect me." I had already spoken with a manager outside about how we had driven all the way from Lone Tree specifically because we enjoyed our last visit, so it was incredibly frustrating to be treated this way. We were left without our food, without a positive experience, and with a very unprofessional interaction. We won't be returning.

  If you go to the Smashburger by Southlands, you need to know about Scott. Scott works front of house, and every single time I have come into this location, he has been kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. Not fake-friendly. Actually friendly. He is hands down one of the best front of house employees I have ever encountered at a quick service restaurant anywhere. Smashburger, if you are reading this, please take care of Scott. I say this with love: if he ever disappears from this location, I am boycotting. I don't make the rules. Now, the food. Consistently good and consistently fresh, which is honestly rare. The fries are awesome. The burgers are great. But can we talk about the hot dogs for a second? The hot dogs are the underdog here (yes, I said it) and nobody expects them to be as good as they are. Order one. Thank me later. Great food, great service, and a front of house guy who makes you actually want to come back. Five stars, easy.
