  I do not know what’s going on, but this place but almost every time I buy meets it stinks. Also before that I bought chicken and beef they were expired and they stunk pretty bad. So today I bought three packs of lamb shank. In all of them stock so bad I’m taking this back to them in the morning to see what I can do about this. Attention to the manager please do a revision on your meet. That is very bad every time I’m buying there something is wrong.

  The staff we interacted with clearly did not care about helping customers. We asked for help with a machine and the person talked to said "That has nothing to do with me." Even if you have no way to help with third party machines, just say that. There's no reason to be so dismissive when some's just looking for help.

  I want to report an incident on September 5th. I tried to know if the store had any papaya in stock and I was really already having a bad day with personal stuff and I asked this employee walking by and I saw his name tag he was wearing a blue shirt and his name was Steve with a very nasty mean face and he had a blue polo shirt and I tried to ask him but it seemed like he was cranky and he just walked past me and ignored my question. I believe I had spoken up to the point where he could hear me but I guess he either didn't hear me or just ignored me. I was really upset cause all I wanted was a yes or no question. I really liked shopping here cause it is close to my house but this experience really ruined it for me. Everything else tho is great a lot of the employees are very nice. I also want to add I don't know what was Steve's problem. I left and picked up my son and walked out. Unbelievable Safeway and Steve. GET IT TOGETHER STEVE!!!!! You have lost a customer

  I was blown away at this location!!! Not your average safeway!!! I promise!! Stocked shelves, clean everything, even the parking lot holds a great standard!!! The layout of this one gives a great flow to shopping!!! Name brand condiments that you can't find in other stores!! The deli and fresh bread are of the highest quality I've had. I wish they did samples sometimes!! Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help!!! I go there cause no other stores have the odd things I love to get that only they have!!! This is a 10 star store!!! Check this one out, it's so so worth the trip!!!!

  I placed my order in the AM and 2 hours before the earliest pickup time (4-5 PM). Then I looked on the app and it said they were still shopping for a travel vaseline and toothpaste. I called at 5:30 PM to check the status and was told it was ready. I thin went to the pick space 1 and look and it still was not fulfilled. Finally I walked in and was told it was ready and when I arrived at the hotel and checked the order with the vaseline and toothpaste was not there. I shop this way because it saves time. I will not use this service again!
