- DDDr. DirectoryJun 14, 20262.0I am giving this place 2 stars. The groceries themselves are not the problem, but the way management handles serious issues in the store is mediocre and unacceptable. It started with the groups of grown men hanging around the front of the store, trying to clear out the Pokémon vending machines, and has now escalated to something much more concerning. A man was reportedly approaching women and attempting to take photos of their backsides, including one of my daughters in the produce section. When confronted, he immediately ran out of the store and abandoned his car. Store management was made aware of the situation, and a complaint was filed, but we never received any follow-up. No police were called despite what appeared to be strong evidence and multiple witnesses. I understand that employees may not be able to physically chase someone out of the store, but the fact that this individual ran to the nearby Home Depot to hide, then returned to the parking lot, and no action was taken, says a lot about how these situations are handled. When did a grocery store become this chaotic and unsafe? Customers should be able to shop without worrying about harassment or management failing to respond appropriately to serious incidents.
