I have repeatedly purchased products that appeared to be within their expiration dates, only to discover at home that they were spoiled or otherwise unusable. This has affected multiple departments, including bread, lunch meat, produce, and frozen foods, and has resulted in frequent returns. While mistakes can happen, the repeated nature of these issues raises concerns about product storage, inventory rotation, and quality control. Customers should be able to trust that food sold as fresh and within date is safe to consume. This store serves our community, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously. Greater attention to product quality, inventory rotation, and accountability would go a long way toward restoring customer confidence. Very disappointing.
