The first thibg we see is a major leaking spill near some of the coolers in the front display, which I suspect has been a thing for at least a little bit, with the degradation of the concrete around it. That being said, there is a little luxury here with a few more options to purchase liquor, they even had some goofy Grog thing I heard about for a while now. Not to mention nearly everything is not locked up, so getting shampoo and other personal goods are accessible without an employee. So at least they have that.

Then when you need something like a check cashed or anything besides checking yourself out for groceries, their response is “let me see what we can do” as if they are doing you a favor lol , you work here I don’t. Terrible staff.

I have been trying for over a week and a half to complete my return and the head clerk, Jason, has me running in circles. From customer service, the the head of Grab N' Go, Tyler. It has been the biggest headache and source of frustration. No one is giving me a straight answer and allegedly the operations manager is supposed to contact me, which every time Safeway has said they will reach out, they don't. Unreliable and they do not put the customer first. They took my grab n go return in person and TRASHED it, and now they're denying that AND denying my refund for the item. Will literally never shop here again.
