- PKPaul KellyAug 1, 20261.0This has to be the worst managed store in America. At 630pm I needed help in the deli and there was no one around. I yelled out for help and no answer. I went to the front and there was only one cashier working the store and no one in customer service. It took convincing for the cashier to page someone to the deli. No one came. I walked the entire store looking for any employee, yelled out in all of the back stock rooms with no answer. My wife waiting at the deli called the store number and the Manager answered. He said they were probably on break but refused to come help and all we wanted was someone to scoop out some potato salad.

However, before departing, the employee made a comment regarding an unscanned item in my basket, implying an intention to bypass payment. This insinuation was made prematurely, as I had not yet completed scanning all my items. I found this accusation deeply upsetting and unprofessional. Subsequently, I requested to speak with a manager to address the situation. The manager's response, which focused on the employee's tone and whether she explicitly accused me of theft, further exacerbated my frustration. This line of questioning felt dismissive and condescending, as the implication of her statement was clear. I believe this incident reflects a significant lapse in customer service and professional conduct.

If you should request assistance to unlock said cabinets, you will wait approximately 15 minutes and you will pay more than at literally any other retailer. Faster and cheaper to go to Walgreens across the street if you need any pharmacy products.
