  Waited an hour after my online order said it was ready. Got home with my food and opened up an insanely old cheese pizza when I had ordered pepperoni. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. They’ve had to remake my food several times. I should have checked before leaving, but after waiting an hour, I was ready to get home.

  Worst experience. I've been waiting over 3 hours for delivery. They've lied and said the driver was on their way, while the driver is texting me images of them waiting at the restaurant. Every time I try to call them I get redirected to the call center. I've had to ask three times to speak to a supervisor and all they do is tell me when my order was placed an how their system works. I would head down there but they said they can't change my order to pickup, another lie. I have 3 little ones with me and they are hungry. I resorted to making something at home. Still no pizza.

  Twice I’ve had to wait for over an hr AFTER the time my order was supposed to be ready. The service SUCKS and the workers don’t even try to assist the costumers if they ask for a refund or even an eta on their order.

  Just ordered pizza this weekend and I wake up to a notification for my bank that I was charged a $10 tip (I did not tip) this is completely unacceptable. There is a reason I did not tip. I’ve had issues of my order being wrong, but this is a first. I will probably not come here again.
