- JGJennifer Gill4 days ago5.0I had such a great experience with Derek at Pizza Hut! My order was messed up last time, but Derek went above and beyond to make things right by generously providing this order on the house. I truly appreciated his kindness, understanding, and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service like his really makes a difference! Thank you, Derek, for being so awesome and turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like you on their team! 😊🍕

- JSJulie SOct 2, 20261.0Now I remember why I quit eating here. I ordered a supreme personal pan pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was missing the pork and beef toppings and was sloppily made. The breadsticks weren't cut, half of them didn't have the garlic butter them and they were cold. I could tell my items were made by a sloppy and lazy cook who clearly hates their job. The chick working there acted as if I was bothering her by picking up my order and couldn't even bother to speak to me other than "here you go" right before she bolted back to the kitchen.

- AAAllison AndersonSep 13, 20261.0Ordered $50 of delivery on the app and only one item on the order got delivered. Whoever answered the phone was unhelpful and incredibly rude when trying to find a solution. Mistakes are forgivable on a busy game day but being insulting to your customers is not.
