  Never got my online order, I called the next day because they were not answering the phone. Was told I would get my money back. Never got my money back and now I am going back and forth with emails from the area manager. You can’t even make this stuff up.

  You know….for a pizza place Pizza Hut has one of the best chicken wings (traditional) there is. It tastes better than most stores that only sells wings. Which is a shame for them. Pizzas are also delicious. Specially the pan crusts

  Would give them no stars if I could. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 9:31pm… I didn’t receive it until 10:11pm… it’s was a personal pan pizza… 4 slices of pizza… they didn’t even say sorry for the wait or anything… if you don’t have any free time… don’t come here… I saw multiple people come and go as I waited… for 4 slices of pizza… go to Dominos…

  I ordered a pizza and picked a delivery time of 7:45. By 8:15 my pizza had not arrived. I called and was told they use door dash and we're not able to give me a time that it would be delivered and it could be another half hour. I asked to speak to a manager. I told her that since my pizza was late I felt that something should be compensated. She was extremely rude, didn't apologize, and was unwilling to compensate. I asked how much longer it would be. She stated that she didn't know, because door dash doesn't give them a time frame and it could be another half hour. I told her to cancel the order and refund me. She was extremely rude about that and then hung up on me.
