  Ordered pizza for pickup and when I walked in the door with my son, I saw that my order was ready for pickup and a individual making pizzas said someone will be help me shortly. The person working the counter was with a customer and when she answered his questions, she asked me if she could take my order , I told her that my order was ready for pickup and at the same a delivery person showed up. She disregarded my order and started taking care of the delivery person's order and then started helping the first customer again. I waited a few minutes before asking for my order again. It took total of 10 minutes from walking in the door to get my order that was done 5 minutes before I got there. Food was good, but I will find somewhere else to get pizza.

  I got a text stating that my pizza was ready or my hot wings it's ready I get there there's 10 people waiting to get their orders the manager is not very good in that store she was frustrated and didn't know what to do and we're all waiting around to get our order and all she could say was I'm doing the best I can do this store needs management this store needs somebody that can handle the situation I don't think I'll be ordering from this store again get your management straight!!!

  Food was good but the customer service was terrible!! The wings were missing from my order so I tried to call and my number was blocked immediately, then i had my husband call and he got through the first time and was blocked after identifying which order it was. We of course drive up there after this and was approached by a rude lady that told us that that our wings were thrown away after they realized they were forgotten and there was no attempt to refund or to accommodate or contact us . She remade the wings with a whole attitude and it was honestly just a terrible experience. I paid money for delivery and wings and neither one was done , then to be treated like a did something wrong is crazy . $66 dollars plus a tip and the service was trash 8/15 Ordered placed at 4:00pm $66 plus tip Please fix it . Someone needs additional training or to be spoken with because if this is how you operate your business. We will not be returning

  I placed a delivery order and the wings were missing. My wife called the location a dozen times with no answer so I called and a young lady answered but I was put on hold as soon as I said the wings weren’t delivered. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and hung up then drove to the location. A young lady there tells me sorry we got busy that’s why I left you on hold and said they trashed the wings that they forgot to deliver. She cooked the 16 wings there while I waited in the lobby. This place sucks, having the right people in the right place makes so much of a difference. Any experienced manager knows this is not how to provide customer service. The food itself is good. When you notice you forgot to deliver the wings it was a test of integrity. Acknowledging it first then delivering it would have made since as I paid a delivery fee already. I’m writing this to expose the area of opportunity if anyone cares here. Thanks

  Daughter ordered online to our usual Pizza Hut. But when I arrived to pick it up nothing was made. I showed them the email I had of the order and when they checked their system, they came back and said it was canceled and that was after 5-10 of waiting. 5hey said if we still wanted it, it would be ready In 20 min. We were not happy, so I said no thank you.
