  Don’t ever order from this location. They do a shitty job at everything and don’t even offer refunds for their mistakes.

  I bought a stuffed crust pizza and a side order of cheese sticks and they gave me the pizza but not the cheese sticks. I called and the manager said they would take care of it and they didn't. Good luck reaching the physical location by phone. All of their calls are being forwaded to a call center where EVERYONE is incompetent and sounds annoyed to be employed.

  Notorious for not completing late night delivery orders.went a separate time at night to order in person workers were smoking weed outside and said the store was closed but they were still accepting online orders

  I’ll never order from this location again. On the Fourth of July, the driver arrived with our food and left with the food saying I didn’t pay even though I showed him proof that I did indeed pay. I called and my order was placed again, never arrived. After calling customer service 4 times, I ended up having to go pick up after 12am, the original order was placed around 8pm. I really should have been given a refund, but that isn’t made easy for the customer. Tonight, after an hour, I called and was told my order was canceled. No message was sent to me to let me know. The tracker still says it’s in process. I’m a busy mom, I just wanted an easy dinner at a decent time.

  Couldn’t get dinner because they didn’t want to run out of pizzas, I accommodated to a smaller order and they still canceled my order, people don’t want to work. I’ve never had a problem with my local pizza hut but this location doesn’t seem to want to be in business
