  ordered online, no option to pay with card. tried calling the store to pay. they don't answer the phone at all. called many many times. driver showed up with food from door dash. very horrible and awkward experience. no one ever answered the phone. wont order from this place again.

  DO NOT GO HERE !! Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting , my food was almost an hour late then when I got the order it was cold , stale and burnt , I called them immediately several times no answer until the next day . When I finally spoke to someone he was unprofessional had an attitude hung up on me as well.

  I will avoid in the future. Ordered a deal for delivery that was supposed to include extra sauces and ordered ranch and marinara which never made it with order. Then ordered wings and there was little to no buffalo sauce on them. The only part that was correct was the pizzas which I guess 50% of the food was at least satisfactory.

  Called TWENTY-ONE times and was ignored 19 of those calls, put on a 5-minute long hold for another, and once had them pick up the phone and set it down without saying a single word. All over a meal being missing from my delivery order. I had to drive to the store, after paying delivery fees, driver tip, and the state delivery tax, all to be met with a flippant “manager” that says he can’t do anything, he doesn’t know anything about that, etc. This is the worse location I’ve ever seen. Don’t know how they are even still in business. Edit to add: see how the company won’t do anything to fix the issue? Just blowing smoke to make people think they care, but they won’t refund my order or make it right because they DON’T CARE.

  I placed an online order about a week ago and the total of the order was $29.15, I had tried using a $25 visa gift card that I had towards part of the total, but it said it was not able to process payment. I then just paid the full $29.15 on my credit card. After I submitted the order I had received a message that the gift card had went through for the $25 plus they also charged me the full $29.15 on my credit card as well. I then told them when I went in and was told I needed to call a different number since it was online order. When I called the guy on the phone said there was nothing he could do for me and I needed to speak to the manager of the store. I then called the location number and no answer multiple times so called back the other number once more and was transferred 3 times, then was put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I finally the next day drove there after work and asked to speak with a manager, the girl went and grabbed the manager and I told him the situation and he said, “oh well I can’t do nothing about refunding your gift for the $25.” And said, “Well if you can not refund the gift card why don’t you refund $25 on my credit card because that is what I am owed. He then said he would do that and that I would not get my payment back for 7-10 business days and then walked away and started helping someone else. I stood there waiting for a receipt and he came back and said so are you going to order again today and I was like no do I get a receipt or anything and he said, “No and like I said you won’t get your refund for 7-10 business days.” I finally got my refund and was only refunded $4.15 instead of $25. Honestly very done with dealing with them and nobody that works there has any respect, customer service skills or know what they are doing there.
