  Pizza was ordered, wasn't correct. The store doesn't answer the phone and the website gives you no way of getting a resolution. We had to go there and get the pizza made with no apology. Thanks for nothing I will never go back here again.

  My experience with this delivery was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Before arriving, the driver, Natasha, sent messages asking about a tip and explaining how little she was being paid. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. When she arrived, she remained at my door and appeared to wait until I handed her cash, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. When I asked my husband about providing a tip, her interactions with him felt overly familiar and unprofessional for a customer service situation, adding to my discomfort. Communication was also difficult due to a significant language barrier, making it hard to understand important details regarding my order. To make matters worse, my order was not correct. The pizza I received was not what I ordered. While accepting the delivery, I realized that the sodas I paid for were missing. After I began eating, I discovered that the white sauce I specifically requested and paid for was not included either. Overall, I paid for items that were not delivered, received an incorrect order, and experienced uncomfortable pressure regarding tipping. Customers should not be made to feel obligated to provide cash tips, nor should they receive incomplete or incorrect orders. This was a frustrating experience, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.

  ordered online, no option to pay with card. tried calling the store to pay. they don't answer the phone at all. called many many times. driver showed up with food from door dash. very horrible and awkward experience. no one ever answered the phone. wont order from this place again.

  DO NOT GO HERE !! Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting , my food was almost an hour late then when I got the order it was cold , stale and burnt , I called them immediately several times no answer until the next day . When I finally spoke to someone he was unprofessional had an attitude hung up on me as well.

  I will avoid in the future. Ordered a deal for delivery that was supposed to include extra sauces and ordered ranch and marinara which never made it with order. Then ordered wings and there was little to no buffalo sauce on them. The only part that was correct was the pizzas which I guess 50% of the food was at least satisfactory.
