I ordered through the app and got a doordash delivery driver. Pizza came messed up but I called the store and Jade was supper attentive and was prominent about making it right. Love her for doing her best to fix it. Got a remake and it was perfect. Thank you, Jade for going above and beyond. Shit happens and i understand that, im happy they made it right.

I always heard the food is bad but an obnoxious employee named James came out screaming on top of his lungs at me because I was simply walking back and forth in front of their sidewalk on the phone which is a public area. Will never be back!

Excellent service. Homer was really friendly and our order came out looking great. Update: the pizza was delicious and we got the 1 topping carry out deal after 8 pm for only $8.88 by using the papa John's website. I will definitely be seeing them again

I called because our pizza was not up to the quality we normally receive. Bree initially offered a refund or store credit, and I chose the refund. I thanked her for helping me and mentioned that I hate calling to complain, but I was genuinely disappointed because we order from this location often. She responded, “Oh, I know who you are. You call a lot, and you called on one of my last shifts to complain.” She apparently recognized my voice? The statement was inaccurate and completely unprofessional. Our last order was about 2½ months ago, and it was my husband that ordered with no complaints. When I told her I was offended by the comment, she claimed English wasn’t her first language and that I was misunderstanding her. I asked why she would make that comment, but she refused to answer and instead hung up on me. My husband then called after overhearing the conversation. Rather than addressing his concerns, another employee Bree told him to “talk to your wife,” called me racist, and hung up on him. We were disappointed with our pizza, but the way we were treated was far worse. Being insulted, hung up on, and falsely accused of racism is completely unacceptable. We will never order from this location again. I also wouldn’t recommend going here. If you ever have to call with a legitimate concern, you may find yourself being judged or profiled based solely on your voice.
