  Excellent service. Homer was really friendly and our order came out looking great. Update: the pizza was delicious and we got the 1 topping carry out deal after 8 pm for only $8.88 by using the papa John's website. I will definitely be seeing them again

  I called because our pizza was not up to the quality we normally receive. Bree initially offered a refund or store credit, and I chose the refund. I thanked her for helping me and mentioned that I hate calling to complain, but I was genuinely disappointed because we order from this location often. She responded, “Oh, I know who you are. You call a lot, and you called on one of my last shifts to complain.” She apparently recognized my voice? The statement was inaccurate and completely unprofessional. Our last order was about 2½ months ago, and it was my husband that ordered with no complaints. When I told her I was offended by the comment, she claimed English wasn’t her first language and that I was misunderstanding her. I asked why she would make that comment, but she refused to answer and instead hung up on me. My husband then called after overhearing the conversation. Rather than addressing his concerns, another employee Bree told him to “talk to your wife,” called me racist, and hung up on him. We were disappointed with our pizza, but the way we were treated was far worse. Being insulted, hung up on, and falsely accused of racism is completely unacceptable. We will never order from this location again. I also wouldn’t recommend going here. If you ever have to call with a legitimate concern, you may find yourself being judged or profiled based solely on your voice.

  Couldn’t get a Three topping large pizza order, right. Received the pizza with all the topping on one slice of pizza and the rest was straight cheese. Absolutely ridiculous wish I could give 0 stars

  I tried to ask them to make sure an item that has repeatedly been missing from my orders was included, but unfortunately the interaction felt very unpleasant. Disappointed with the customer service
