    Ben, or whoever was working the drive thru window number 1 at 7:00pm on the night of 06/28/26 needs to be fired, I’ve never experienced costumer service so poorly!!! He yelled and screamed about me for riding my e-bike to the drive thru, I had no idea that was a rule or policy since there were no signs or verbiage posted and then he demanded I leave after I tried to explain to him that I already ordered. He seems very prejudice and in my opinion needs no one of color working for him. If he treats customers in such a harsh manner I can’t imagine how he treats the high school students that are a minority and work for this location. Unacceptable

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went through the drive-thru around 1:30 AM on Saturday, and not only was the staff extremely rude and disrespectful, but they also failed to give me my order. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake, they treated me with a terrible attitude. I paid expecting basic customer service and left frustrated without my food. Management needs to address the behavior of the overnight staff. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone until customer service improves.

    The manager Johnny is very rude!The black guy that runs the store is horrible!No name tag rude people!Missing food I bought.Everything from picking food up to door-dashing from this McDonald’s is horrible!I heard the managers arguing to an employee!The employee didn’t do anything wrong except ask questions.The argument was none of my business until everyone could here!NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALDS!Horrible location!Problems every time I come here

    The coke machine was broken so when we ordered meals they upcharged us for the replacement refresher and bottled water we didn't want. Then we had to wait extra for the refresher they were pushing customers to buy. Don't make your customers pay extra because your equipment is broken.
