  This location never gets your order right. You order sausage they give you steak. You order no mustard they give you only mustard. It’s a newer location and it’s super close to my house so I keep giving them more chances but I’m disappointed every time. Accuracy is just not their thing. I won’t be returning unfortunately.

  It's McDonald's at least it isn't like the one at the corner of Buckley and Quincy ! Won't serve me any longer BECAUSE I called on a locked pet in a vehicle @96 degrees . The poor dog was in the Red crossover for over thirty minutes . Went back in the next day was refused service ! They don't have much business anymore anyways THOSE folks have driven it into the ground . You have to wait ten minutes for them to even take your order , they are unfriendly and can't even great you with respect or a smile. ZEREO INTEGRITY !

  Took over 20 minutes for 2 sodas. There was a line of upset people that the employees just ignored. Even the security was rude and did nothing.

  7/31/26-The only time you get good service here is when the owner is there watching the employees. The machines are always out of paper. This morning there was a huge line of people needing help in the front, but the workers were only focusing on the drive-thru. When a worker did poke her head out and one guy asked for help she told him to wait and never came back out to help. After 20 minutes waiting on 2 diet cokes I hollard in the back and then finally a worker came to help the line of us. They need to have one employee whose only job is to focus on the front desk. The customer service at this location is in the trash and needs fixed fast.
