  Wow! Best McDonald's that I've had in probably 5 years! 5:45pm on a Monday. Every item hot and fresh, didn't know MickyDs did that anymore!? Quarter Pounder on point, fries on point, and crispiest nuggets I've ever had!🤤 Well done peeps, you made this fat kid's Monday! Thank you🍔🍟

  Placed a mobile order for 4 meals. They forgot my meal but I got the drink. Made it all the way home and no food for me. They refused a refund. I can drive back for a replacement or just suck it up and be out the money for food I never got. They're always missing at least one item lately. It's like they do it on purpose.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. These people try to steal my nine-year-old son‘s iPhone. I don’t typically eat at this McDonald’s but my Tio likes to take my son here to play at the play place with his cousin. My son lost his phone here I called the store two times in which I was told, my son‘s phone was not brought to them. I did leave my name and phone number and asked if they could please give me a call when it was turned in. They said yes, I then checked his location on my phone and it did show that the phone was behind the counter at the location so I had to go out of my way drive 30 minutes down there at 9pm when I work at 2:45AM and when I asked the guy at the front about it. He wanted to act stupid and said it’s not there so then I showed him that the phone shows behind the counter and then he said he remembered that they have the phone and then he was trying to talk shit in Spanish too. I think the girl was the manager, but I don’t know that little girl needs to learn some manners. If she is the manager, they need to demote her. The girl then threw my son‘s phone on the counter and proceeded to yell at me. She said you have your phone now leave, and I said it was wrong of you guys to lie and to be dishonest for one and to try to steal from a child is sickening. I told him that was completely unprofessional, which then the girl tried to come around the corner and fight me and the guy had to pick her up and carry her to the back. I don’t know. I think she was just trying to act cool because everyone was watching. I’ve dealt with a lot of girls like that before there was nothing holding her back. She was just threatening me, and then she used vulgar language against me I then tried to leave with my two younger children and her and some of the crew were following me she was threatening to “kick my ass” and I turned and I looked at her and I said “what are you gonna follow me so you can try to beat me up when I’m not looking” and then I proceeded to tell her that I was going to call the cops. This place is so sad and honestly the whole staff was involved should be fired because what the actual hell?

  This location is notorious for not fulfilling pick up orders correctly. I feel we need a punch card for the amount of errors that happen here.

  I ordered a large, not a small in a large box 🫤 It's on me though, I should've known better than to go to a restaurant that serves food the CEO won't even eat.
