- PNPedro Negron1 day ago2.0Went there on 18 May 2026 at about 9:54 pm. I sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes with only one car in front of me which moved forward. I moved behind him after 5 minutes and found that he was ordering at the window so I also thought maybe the speaker was down. When I got to the window the young Hispanic kid with glasses asked me why I didn’t wait at the speaker. I explained that we did but figured the speaker was broken since we got no acknowledgment and there was only one car in front of me and no one behind me. He got smart with me and said dude you needed to wait. I am 56, I have worked at McDonald’s when I was younger when you still had to salt and sear the burgers manually, his actions do not meet McDonald’s customer service guidelines. I also do not understand why our food is consistently cold both burger and fries. The burger looked like it had been sitting for a while and the fries had no heat to them. This has happened quite often I keep trying to give this store a chance but may need to go to the one on Quincy and Piccadilly as I have had fewer issues there. The food standards need to come up.

She called to tell them and they told her there was nothing they could do, because the photo could be AI. She called multiple times to talk to a manager and then they stopped answering. I called from a different number and they answered but when I told them what it was about they hung up on me. Their reply is always “there’s nothing we can do.” This is literally a health hazard.
