  El sábado que estuve en la tienda la atención pésima me hicieron esperar mucho por mi comida A la hora solo recibí y nos fuimos y en el camino me dieron la comida toda mal claramente le dije que sin cebolla y todos traían cebolla tuvimos que botar la comida porque mis hijos son alérgicos Pésimo pésimo mucho se demoraron en darme mi pedido Aprox paso 5 pm

  This restaurant is going downhill. They're getting cheap on everything. The toys in the Happymeal are usually from the previous theme, they don't give out the one that is current and there's no chance to ask for a swap (they always say no). They give out little condiments and napkins (one time we got 2 ketchup packs for a 4 people meal, ridiculous). We always have to go ask for something everytime we're here and have to wait every single time at the counter. People in the back just ignore you, not making eye contacts. Tables are not clean most of the time. Recently their sprite tastes like water (it's like it's being diluted too much that you can't taste the sprite at all). Overall the food is somewhat edible but is not the same quality (burger not as hot, fries and nuggets are not as crunchy) compared to the McDonald's on Quincy just couple miles away. This restaurant seriously needs a throughout inspection and definitely a new management!

  I would normally never leave a review for McD’s but the ladies running the drive through were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, kind and welcomed me with big smiles. Lunch crew, you are doing a fantastic job!

  It was great minus the dad with his kids . He kids kept hitting my son and his friend last Friday evening. If McDonald's condone this type of behavior from any children that's in the play area that sounds like I won't be going to any McDonald's from here on out and that I would be boycotting them. I don't care if they are paying customers that kind of behavior is absolutely not appropriate for a play area.

  McD's isn't good food (is it actual food 😬?). However, when the kiddo is sick, I cave. Today (4/14/26) I waited for 20 minutes for my curbside pickup order. Finally went in and showed them my order. They partially filled it, sighed when I asked for the ENTIRE order (how dare I?), and never a single apology or anything. The fries were cold, too! I verified that I was speaking with the manager (or that was his claim). He couldn't care less about ignoring the order and didn't mind giving it wrong & cold food. Several other cars were waiting for their food when I left, too. So, if you need McDonald's fix, as many of us do sometimes, GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE! At least until they can figure out what is wrong here!!
