  Won't prepare my order cause an item's not available, could've fulfilled it without that sauce. Would've been okay if they cancelled it on their end but they started lying saying I myself "cancelled" it when not only I didn't but Uber support WON'T allow me to do it until it's completed. It's been 3 hours and I still can't cancel it, won't have my money back and will be annoyingly called by MULTIPLE couriers asking ME to cancel it to THEN be told I "already" have. An endless loop of contradictions and won't have my order or money back. Beyond annoyed by the contradictions, the lies and the BAD service.

  La verdad no se si merecen siquiera una estrella pero en fin lo pongo para dar mi malestar y pésimo servicio que me dieron, les falta capacitación y buen servicio. No volveré a este establecimiento de MC Donald.

  Bad costumers services, I went to the drive thru and tried to order, the person who answered was so rude with me and this is not the first time.

  I have been to this McDonald's several times and it has been fairly clean. Their bathrooms are well kept. Which is nice. Even though it is in a challenging part of town they have a security there on the premises to maintain the environment. The security officer did help escorting a person from the premises that needed to go. It was done professionally and I was grateful for his presents. The food is consistent as McDonald's goes usually very reliably good.

  Ordered a 6 dollar meal with no onions.. I get down the street .. I bite into the burger and its covered in onions so I spit it out the window.. I am obviously hungry so I go back to tell them what happen and they said my receipt didnt say no onions.. so who ever is working the windows literally cant follow simple direction and when I went back they said I ate the burger and everything.. well.yes I took a bite and spit it out the window .. supper rude .. I have hundreds of dollars on me .. all I wanted was what I paid for. I guess they want 20 a hour but can't push the no onions button .. I even asked twice to confirm .. do better .. hire people who can do the job their paid to do .. recommend anywhere but this location
