  the lady at the register was incredibly rude after they forgot our food. they told us we were in the wrong and then got the manager. they eventually found our two burgers but i’m incredibly disappointed with the service which sucks because we usually like this location.

  Out of the 2 McDonald's that are about equal distant from me, this is the better of the 2. The service is decent, but even better, the food is always hot. I hate cold French fries and I have never gotten them from here.

  This is the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. Anytime we order they’re telling us they’re closed and I have to wait days for a refund from the app. It says 24 hours online, it says 24 hours on the app, it says 24 hours under store hours on the building itself, but for whatever reason they’re always closed. Whether it’s 6am or 10pm. The parking lot will be filled with cars, people in the dinning area getting food and ordering, but the doors will be locked and they won’t let you get your online order because they’re “closed”. They’re giving food out to people who come after you, people who are more than likely their friends because they sit there talking forever. I don’t understand the hours for this store or what the issue is at this point because they have no type of signage about their hours being different, whether it’s temporarily or permanently.

  Just received an ice cold large fry and 2 mc doubles that each only had 1 patty. $10 for pure dissapointment, this location is a joke.

  This McDonalds is so bad I’m always waiting for my order, everything is always cold when i receive it the bun is hard, the fries are cold I can’t believe they’re still in business with having rude employees and the general manager, I haven’t dealt with a general manager like this one before so so rude she needs to listen to her customers, the only reason why I came here was because it was near where I needed to stop by, I’m a district manager at a restaurant and if one of my stores ever did what this store did they would have had a talk down with me at the office , my daughter works for a McDonalds and I can see the difference between this McDonald and where she works at , when you need to park someone you need to tell them the 3 reasons, where you’re parking them, how long, and why. The general manager could’ve been nicer and taken my concerns seriously but all she did was ignore me, the security guard had to tell me to move out of the way all rude, and that he was going to call the cops on me, he didn’t even speak English very well but to tell me to move when I’m having a problem with my order is very rude and disrespectful and very concerning, im not too sure why this McDonalds needs a security when the other places around don’t have security it makes me believe that this McDonald’s is trouble with their customer service all rude.
