  Look at what Jimmy John's is doing, shredding their meat instead of sliced. Barely any turkey on this Club Lulu. Won't ever eat there again.

  I've walked in and ordered twice from this location now. We've had the best service each time. The young man was so friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly. We were asking about the wraps, and he was highly knowledgeable on thd taste and flavors and gave us recommendations for add-ons. Maybe for this location, it's better to order in person. I always get the country club. The first time I ordered, they didn't put enough lettuce, but it was still good.

  I ordered from this location on 4/15/2026 at 11:27am, i called around 12:26pm because it still wasnt here. its already 1 and still not here. i called again at 12:53pm to cancel the order and give me my money back. the guy on the phone wanted to act like a clown and not even ask who i am to give me my money back and then tells me it will take 2-3 days still with no name. then proceeds to hang up on me. The government office i work for always orders from this place. which now they will never get my service again. i will be reporting this to my bank.
