  Super disappointed by this delivery experience and subsequent food that was delivered for the price of the food. They delivered to the wrong address. When they re-delivered to us, they forgot items from our order. When I called to ask for a refund they told me I would just have a credit for future use instead. And finally, when looking at the Original Tuna sandwich we received, there was barely any tuna on the bread. I will call back tomorrow and ask for a refund! Not interested in ordering from them again. Just very underwhelmed.

  Did an online delivery and waited for almost 2 hours came to find out they had took it to Another place Because the delivery driver had put in the wrong address. Highly upset with this situation have never had this happen before. But to the people that the delivery driver dropped it off to they had a free meal.

  The staff was very friendly. I got the toasted cheddar and roast beef sub and added hot peppers. It was so good, highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Subway doesn't have anything on Jimmy johns!

  Don't order for delivery via a 3rd party app at this location. I'm a delivery driver who has now been sitting at this location for over 30 minutes. They have been making every order that is an internal order first, meaning customers that order through their app and for their delivery, and everyone who has walked in. They have stopped making the order 5 times now to make other orders first.

  Paid for some high price sandwiches, even tipped. Once the sandwiches were made a employee plops them on the counter and says there are the bags help yourself if you want one. The bags being on the opposite side of the counter in the employee area. First time I've been to a Jimmy John’s where an employee doesn't bag up your sandwich for you. $30 worth of food and I still had to do a Jimmy John’s employees job. Not impressed
