  I would like to give five star forTrent is a total superstar,. High-speed, high-quality hospitality is just how he rolls. His rockstar service his customer service is excellent. Every time I go there he always smile and welcome me.

  Had to have my sandwich remade because it was too hard. My wife's bread was also hard but she just took the bread off of the sandwich.

  Every item we received was wrong. We called to report it and they asked if we were sure because they made it right. It was not correct and we asked for a refund. We were told there would be a refund issued and still had not received it a week later. I called to follow up and the manager on duty at the time (10am on 7/27) refused to get on the phone with me and I could hear him in the background telling them to have me call back and then cussing. He finally got on the phone and would not even listen to me, told me to just call back later, refused to give me his name, and hung up on me. I called back and he answered and advised if I called again they would block my number. I have never had such an unprofessional experience with someone. This man is a manager and cannot even pick up the phone or address people professionally and with customer service. I will never give my business to this location ever again. And I expect a call back from the GM for my refund. This is unacceptable.
