- JBJoel BarrazaSep 27, 20261.0Went to pick up my sandwich, wasnt greeted at all. Also, when I came in they were blasting rap music with explicit cuss words... I had to tell the heavier set black guy I was there for a pickup, and he looked at the wall and said with an attitude "its right there" as if I were to know where it was... (First and last time ill ever set foot in this establishment) Maybe you should hire people that actually care about doing their job instead of someone who's just doing the bare minimum for a check and doing whatever they want because they know they can get away with it.... I'll actually test this next time I come in and see if any changes have been made... Considering I used to be an auditor I will send what I capture to corporate and make sure they know how their franchisee partners are running the store. Don't even comment saying that cliche response you give everyone. Obviously nothing has changed and nothing probably will change I mean I've seen complaints from 5 months ago and the same thing I experienced happened like what's being done?! Apparently nothing. As I said, I will be by again and hopefully changes will be made.
