    Made an order for 13 sandwiches. Order was made perfectly. Order was ready at the time requested. Everybody was so happy with the sandwiches they picked.

    This is the 3rd time in a row my order has been messed up with missing items on my delivery. Whether it's a cookie or an ENTIRE SANDWICH because the manager said he "didnt see it". Now we HAVE to go pick our order up in the store for their mistake because there's no delivery driver? We paid a delivery fee already and now our original order isn't even fresh anymore. We won't be ordering Jimmy John's for the foreseeable future, especially from this location.

    Cat/Kat is the best! Anytime I go inside and order from Cat, I know that my allergy request is taken seriously. She's also just a sweet person in general. Will be back!!

    I called up to the store on Cedar in Aurora and he told me to hold on he’s gonna check out. Can he make sandwiches cause he don’t have enough bread and it’s like 545 in the afternoon and then he hung up in my face customer service sucks and so did the person answer the phone because you just don’t do that to a customer.

    I put in my order about 7:36pm I am currently at work, so I got delivery.. I thought!!! I called the store at 7:42pm to see if I could give them directions to where I am placed at because I couldn't leave my job, but this chick said she ran out of bread when I called, being really unprofessional. So I told her I hope my order gets picked up soon. I called at 8:12pm to see if anyone has picked up my food and this chick is laughing on the phone thinking it's real funny that I'm calling about my food update. It was her & some guy working. I had my husband on the phone. He heard her laughing on the phone because I merged the calls. When I walked out of the store, she said it wasn't me laughing it was him. . . So HE who was working with her must sound exactly like a female??? Worst experience ever!!! I'm so thankful my boss let me go pick up my food. I even left a Tip
