  I ordered catering for my team the day before I wanted it delivered. I set the delivery time for 1045 am. I called them at 11am day of delivery and was told they were just finishing it up and it would be on the way. 1145 rolled around and I called again after several calls with no answer. They reported it was about to leave. I said, “the order was set for 1045 am delivery. Have the sandwiches just been sitting out?” She told me they just finished it 4 mins ago and were using a 3rd party delivery partner and weren’t sure how long it would take. I told them it was again, over an hour late. She offered me free chips. My colleague had to call again to ask for the manager. We told them we would pick it up if it wasn’t going out in 5 min as our meeting was over. They sent someone to deliver it from the store. I have since called to ask about my refund with no response from the manager. This location needs to close. Very poor management, organization and poorly trained staff. This is an embarrassment to the company.

  Just stopped there to get dinner the boy that was called over by the girl working in dunkin donuts was fondling his pants as he came from the back of the store and then informed me I would have to wait 30 minutes because they were out of bread so I didn't even order food . Rather disappointed.

  The food is good but the management is completely horrid and treat their employees with no respect. 1/10 would not recommend

  Right as I walked in, the store was very clean and looked great. Everything was amazing! The food ,the cleanliness, and the service was amazing. Alfonso’s recommendations and amazing customer service made my day and first experience here so much more enjoyable.
