- OHOmar HaddadinSep 28, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at the Five Guys on South Parker. I placed my order and paid cash. When the employee, Maya, gave me my change, she threw the money onto the counter and the change scattered everywhere. When I asked her why she did that, her attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak with a manager, but there was no manager available. I ended up asking for a refund and canceling my order. What made it even worse was that Maya started laughing and acted like she didn’t care at all. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Staff wasn't that friendly either. Also, no wifi is criminal in this era. I mean even McDonald's has friendlier staff and wifi, and that's staying something. Only 2 star because so many businesses do their best to remove I star ratings

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
