    extreme long wait , it shouldn’t take an hour waiting in drive through to receive 2 drinks , waiting an hour to just receive 2 blended lemonade to be melted , couldn’t even get ice BLENDED don’t get me wrong Dutch is my favorite however the speed needs to be faster having paid customers wait more then an hour is outrageous

    The past 6 times I've ordered ahead they have it ready but do not look for it or give it when I show up, it has taken 20 to 40 minutes to get my one drink. I have been late to work many time I showed up today and waited 36 minutes 🙃 now late to work again. My blended freeze is fully melted when they gave it to me. When we arrived there were 4 cars ahead of us,by the time we left the drive thru was over flowing with cars, even when they do have someone outside to take orders it still takes 30 minutes to get your drink

    I ordered an OGgummy rebel. When I got the drink from the drive thru there were black specs in my drink and a dark mass at the top of my drink. When I brought it up they asked if I wanted a new drink. They did not look at the drink or even see what on there end could’ve caused this. I asked for a refund. This is my second Dutch bros location that has debris in my drink. Super disappointed and will Not be returning.

    i came last night and it is my fault for coming right before close because they were very busy but I got a frozen coffee and had to wait a little while but when I got my drink the girl at the window very nice! she said she was grateful for the patience as she was training. you’re doing a great job girl! I wish I got her name. she wore a lot of bracelets.

    This Dutch Bros location should honestly be studied by scientists. I’ve never seen 10 employees working at the same time and somehow watched the line move slower than my motivation on a Monday morning. We waited 20 minutes for two coffees. Two. Coffees. At one point, I started wondering if they were personally growing the beans, roasting them in the back, and then teaching the employees how to make coffee one step at a time. The staff was friendly, but the speed was truly impressive in the wrong direction. If you have 20 minutes to spare and enjoy observing a real life experiment in how many people it takes to make two drinks, this is the place for you.
