    The crew works extremely hard. A long line, but moves quick. They always have the kindest attitudes and you can tell they care by the way they hustle!! If you’re willing to wait a little in a long line it’s a great place to go!

    I have been a regular customer at this location since it opened, over the past few weeks there has been a very noticeable decline in customer service, quality of drinks, order aheads not even being ready when you get to the store so then you have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to get your drink. The overall experience is subpar from what it used to be 6 months ago. From bad attitudes coming from employees to complaints being made directly to shift leads who blatantly do not care. It's honestly sad to see 4-6 employees on their phones and hanging out like their at home and then when you come to spend money and patronize the buisness and you get treated like your inconvenient to their time. The staff here need a serious revisit and retraining on customer service and how to properly represent the brand that they work under.

    Very disappointing experience. I paid almost $12 for a medium drink, which is already quite expensive, and then when I left a $1 tip, one of the employees said, “Thank you for the $1 tip.” The way it was said made me feel like my tip wasn’t appreciated because it wasn’t enough.

    The only problem I have to report is that I am a Dutch Bros addict. I get them at least once a week and deem them my sweet little treat. I just wanted to leave a note that on Tuesday of this week I took my son for a sweet treat on the way to a park. We're going to play with our friends and I left the house without my debit card. There we were in that tight little drive-thru embarrassed that I didn't have my money to pay for the drinks we just ordered. And then the wonderful human in a green shirt and green hat said don't even worry about it and let us go through and get our sweet treat. The feeling it left me with was just amazing and we are so appreciative of this very insignificant act of kindness. It meant a lot to both of us so thank you. ☕ ❤️
