I should never stray away from my go to Dutch. Today I order, and go to the Iliff location. When I pulled up to the window I could tell just by the color my drink was not right. But I don’t like to complain, I go on as my day, as long as it tastes somewhat close, I’ll be fine with it. But when I took a drink, I instead was given a chai. Now don’t get me wrong, I love chai, just not what I was expecting. Also, I ordered my drink with oat milk.. if this chai doesn’t have oat milk…..

Customer service is definitely fallen off at this location, this morning I went to this Dutch Brothers there were four total cars in the drive-thru and there were two people in front of me at the walk up window that ordered drinks. My order which was one German chocolate blended took 15 minutes (no exaggeration) to come out. When I asked the associate for my drink and what was taking so long he informed me that they make drinks in the order that they are placed however the drive-thru probably went through 12 to 15 cars while I was waiting for my drink averaging 1 to 2 minutes per car I don't understand why they don't put more emphasis on the walk-up window. I do not plan on returning to this location. The thing that really bothers me is that they always pretty much beg for a tip even though they say it's not mandatory and then they take forever to make your drink.

When this location first opened, it was fast, waited less than 10 minutes. If I had an app order they'd bring it to you. Now, its soooo slow. They dont even start making your order until they check you in. You have to wait like everyone else. Ive made it late to work the last few times I've ordered. What's the point of ordering ahead if they dont make it by the promised time on the app? Waited in line for 25-30 minutes. Its terrible, been to others, I'm in and out in less than 10. I wont be coming back!

The drinks are just amazing. Ive never had a problem when going here. The workers there are always so nice and full of Energy. I met this young woman which I don't want to assume but I think she stated she was goth? 😅 She had her hair tied up. Anyway, she gave the best service! So full of energy and gave me no pressure in tipping. I gave her this little glass figure I don't remember what it was and she gave me something back and was just overall so sweet! Please let her know I found her service amazing.

I visited this Dutch Bros a few months ago and I'm just now getting around to writing the review. It was a snowy day and Dutch Bros has the sign out that said "order on the app". So while waiting in the line, I did. They had one employee out in the snow and I'm sure this was helping the line go faster. I had never ordered in the app before, but use the app frequently. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention and ordered from a Dutch Bros location closer to my house (it was automatically set). And the employee was so great about it. He's like, what did you order and I'll get it made here. He didn't make me pay for the drinks again. I asked what would happen to the other drinks, as I'm sure they were already being made or already made at this point. And he just said, that they'd give them to another customer. This is true because I've been given probably 5 or 6 free drinks that were made wrong or would have to be thrown away over the years I've been a Dutch customer. I will never make that mistake again, but I loved how the employee did not make me feel bad for the mistake and provided the best customer service ever given that I made an error on my part. Thank you to the awesome customer service Dutch Bros!

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
