  Sat in a crowded line, 4th in line for almost 30minutes just to place an order. 6/21 at about 8 am. Ordered two drinks. One looked nothing like the picture and the other one I ordered almost every time and it was completely different. Absolute worst drinks I've ever had and then the nerve to ask for the preferred tip. For what the speedy service or the accuracy of the drinks. I think not.

  This was our first visit to Dutch Bros, and we left with mixed impressions. Pulling into the drive-thru, we ordered two of their signature blended drinks: a small Golden Eagle and a small Caramelizer. Unfortunately, somewhere between the order board and the pickup window, the Golden Eagle was replaced with a coconut-based drink. We did not realize the mistake until we were already back on the road, making a return trip impractical. While the mystery drink was pleasant enough, it was not the rich, caramel-vanilla experience we had been anticipating. We also took advantage of the 2-for-$6 flatbread sandwich deal. Flavor-wise, the sandwiches were surprisingly good, with satisfying ingredients and a comforting, freshly made quality. However, they arrived at a temperature that could only be described as volcanic. We had to let them sit for several minutes before they were safe to eat, which took away from the immediate enjoyment. Overall, the experience was not terrible, but it was not particularly memorable for the right reasons either. The food was enjoyable once it cooled down, but receiving the wrong drink on a first visit left a disappointing first impression. Dutch Bros showed some promise, but unless we find ourselves in need of a quick stop and convenience outweighs cravings, we are not sure we will be making a special trip back.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your location today. On my way to work, I went out of my way to stop at my favorite coffee shop to pick up a drink to start my evening. I ordered a Peach Cobbler Rebel with mango boba and three extra Rebel shots. After receiving my order, I headed to work and began enjoying my drink. About halfway through the beverage, I happened to look inside my cup and was shocked to discover a long black hair wrapped around the inside of the cup. The sight immediately made me feel sick to my stomach. Without hesitation, I threw the drink away because I could no longer continue drinking it. I have always enjoyed Dutch Bros and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this incident was particularly disappointing. Finding a hair inside my drink is not only unsettling but also raises concerns about cleanliness and quality control. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed and prevented from happening to other customers in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this incident.   Guys, I wasn’t going to post this, but last night May 31st, I went to this location and i was in line at 9:10pm NO JOKE and im not the one to lie about this stuff, i was genuinely irritated when we left but we left at 9:57pm…. and then they didn’t even have our drinks done, they didn’t know what our order was, the guy taking orders was skipping one full line, there was two girls just chatting with another guy, and look i don’t care if you talk… go ahead by all means, but girl when yall got a line wrapped around touching the street, i would speed it up, It was irritating because on top of that i already paid for my drink, there was no refunding drinks or adjust for the customers that were there, we were all in line for a good almost hour, i was lowkey irritated by the end of it. I will definitely be going to the airport and alameda one but damn, yall are rejecting people from getting hired… but you guys need them…
