  I’ve been a regular customer, here Since they first opened, Never once have I had a problem or had anything wrong with my order. Every worker is very polite And they always make sure you are happy with what you ordered.. Never once have I witnessed any arguing or the manager mistreating her employees… And yes, I come here a lot I love me my Dunkin🤣 these negative reviews that I have seen on here, clearly are fake and untruthful… go check it out yourself before Believing those false statements.. Dunkin Crew thank you for always making my day by being so kind!! Keep up the good work! Keep it up management!

  Wow anybody want to get walked in on while you're in the bathroom? Apparently their doors don't lock here. Once you go in with the code anyone else can just put the code in and walk right in on you. I think the worst part was when they messed up my coffee by putting butter pecan even though I do not like butter pecan I've never ordered it in my life. No problem so I walked back in and said hey can you remake this please because I had the 100 free coffees and have the QR code for 100 Days I get 100 coffees for being at their grand opening. So they can check my QR code and see what all purchases I have made and what I have ordered and butter pecan is not one of them. Needless to say the girl acknowledged that she made it incorrectly on the label. But the guy making my drinks was told by Mikey he could not make me one correctly unless I repaid for it. Mind you I took one tiny sip of this and brought it right back inside less than 2 minutes. Then she proceeded to argue with me about how I always order butter pecan but I never have. What in the world has happened to this world??? What happened to good customer service? I know that Greg and Caiden are amazing workers and have provided perfect drinks and customer service consistently every time I've been in there even when they are talked down to by the General Manager, Mikey. Even though she treats her staff this way I can't believe she treats customers this way. The one star on this review is all Mikey's.

  Just got back at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning the workers here are rude and unwelcoming zero class save your time save your money. I'm surprised they're possible put up with this kind of behavior very little work ethic in zero Pride

  Absolutely disgusting experience. The manager handled a situation that should have been resolved professionally by escalating it unnecessarily and calling the police. My friend ended up receiving a ticket over an issue that could have been handled much differently. What made the situation even worse was the behavior afterward. Staff members were laughing about what happened, harassing my friend on the internet, sending messages in her inbox, reporting her videos so they don’t get any consequences. Most disturbing of all, my friend was called the N-word with a hard “R.” That kind of racist behavior has no place in any business. Customers deserve respect regardless of their race. The management at this location showed a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability.

  This Dunkin’ Donuts had really bad watery coffee and the place was so disgusting. There was a mess on the counters and all over the floors. It was filthy and trash everywhere. The woman manager with black hair, had such a terrible attitude and was so rude. She was talking on her phone the entire time & being unkind to her employees when they asked her for help. Took almost 25 mins to get coffee and a donut. Starbucks and Dutch Bros are close. Do not go here 🤢 The donut was okay!
