- CBCayla Burtner6 days ago2.0I went through the drive through and ordered a dozen donuts and only 2 out of 12 of them were the ones I ordered. I asked for chocolate glazed and got the double chocolate. It was a let down that I spent over 20 dollars and didn't even get what I wanted. Hopefully next time y'all get it right.

I placed a drive thru order and drove around to pay; my card was declined which was weird to me, considering I had more than enough to cover the cost. All in all, the worker at the window, did something wrong when processing the transaction and I suspect it was a fraud attempt. I would be weary of this location.

He stated only customers are allowed and its common sense to not come in if im not a customer. I told him he didnt have to be mean towards me I didnt know and I wasnt told that to begin with after coming here to charge my phone. I will be calling corporate because he needs to be fired! He then stated I needed to get a job amd go do something with my life ( I have everything on recording ) he then proceeded to get loud and told me to leave why am I still here. I stated we are having a conversation and I've only be standing maybe 3 minutes to comprehend why me charging was an issue. He then told me to leave so I left but not until I finished this review and made sure to post it on social media about this terrible experience. Termination is needed or he needs to be restrained in being a decent human. You're not going to treat or talk to people any type of way and if you cannot be respectful then you dont need a manager position and need to rethink your position before it is taken .

- KWKayleigh WashburnJun 7, 20262.0They charged me for extra syrup I didn’t get or ask for and when I let them know, who I’m guessing is the manager said the amount of pumps they put in a medium (which was also incorrect information) which left me overcharged either way. When I pointed THIS out, she asked me sarcastically “okay, well, do you want your money back” as if I’m not supposed to want money back for something I didn’t receive. Just so people know how they handle their own mistake. I let them keep the .70 cents by the way and told them to have a great day.
