The representative ssid that it was "impossible" for this to be the case. I mentioned that I could send pictures. He mentioned that they wouldn't be able to see them. To his credit, he did eventually offer to refund the order, and I gladly accepted. I get that the customer isn't always right; I worked in food service and I know how annoying "those" customers are. That said, it's entirely possible to not cook something long enough even if the temperature is correct.

Instead I was told they would remake the order and deliver it. It is now 8:54pm and I still do not have my food!
