An absolutely miserable experience. Stopped in for a quick pick up meal before later plans, a burger some cheese curds and a blizzard. We waited 27 minutes for our food. They were dismissive, incredibly laid back while we were waiting an obscene amount of time for fast food. They were in the back, laughing, while our food was finally finished and just sitting in the window. We waited so long we had to go behind the counter and get someone to get us our food before finally leaving. Then, to top it all off, the bacon was basically raw on the burger. Terrible spot.

this Dairy Queen is the worst. Do not recommend I checked the website to go get a treat at night and they don’t close until 12am and we waited in line for about 15 minutes and they took the person infront of us order and it was only 9:50 and they said they were closed they were very rude get a new team this was very upsetting and a waste of time stop hiring teenagers if they’re not gonna do there job right these are very lazy workers you have. This is insane. Update your website and stop doing false advertisement.

I visited Dairy Queen and ordered a shake that was runny and watery, unlike how it is normally made. I politely asked the employee at the register, Kassandra, if it could be remade. She responded that they were busy and could not remake it, and she did not apologize for the issue. When I asked again, she grabbed the drink from my hands and rolled her eyes. After remaking it, she handed it back to me. I said, "Thank you," but she simply stared at me without responding. I understand that employees can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. The experience left me feeling unwelcome, and because of the poor customer service I received, I do not plan on returning to this location. I hope management can address this situation and provide additional customer service training so future customers have a better experience.
I visited this location with my girlfriend today, that I come to regularly and ordered two large fruity pebble shakes. When they were handed to us, one of them was extremely runny / watery and did not taste right. I politely asked the woman who took our order (Kassandra) if we could please have the one shake re-made because it was very runny. Kassandra rolled her eyes and replied, “All of our machines are running watery right now and we are backed up”. I apologized and again politely asked if the shake could please be remade. Kassandra just looked at me, with a very frustrated look and aggressively grabbed the shake out of my hands and took it to the back. When she returned with the new replacement shake, I thanked her again and apologized another time, and she just looked at me with no response. I felt like I was causing a major inconvenience. I feel that Kassandra should be coached on how to provide better customer service, as this gives the business a bad look. Other customers noticed her frustration which created a completely avoidable and awkward situation. I don’t feel like I should have to explain in depth or ask repeatedly to have my order corrected if something is wrong with it. She never apologized. In the future, I think we will choose other options rather than return to an unwelcoming business.
