  This was usually our go to because it’s easy with the kiddos. We went today and service was horrendous. Not sure what’s going on but service was horrible last time too. If you get sat at the smaller tables on the bar side do not expect good service… if you’re at the tables tucked in by the bathroom then they won’t even check on you. The last few times it’s been the same guy and girl and their service has slowly gotten worse. We went in and it took a while for them to acknowledge us to seat us. Today we had the guy, once sat, it took him about 20 minutes to get us water and take out order. After that about another 20-30 minutes to get our sides and meat. From that point on we didn’t see a worker come to our side for about an hour. When we finally were able to ask him something (only because people were sat by us), he seemed throughly annoyed. Everybody on our side ended up going to pay at the front and leave. Because we only say him twice in 2 hours I tipped 15%. Him and the bartender gave me dirty looks on the way out. Can’t offer all you can eat and the workers never come back to check on a specific side of the restaurant. Probably won’t go back.

  The sides aren't what they used to be; instead of the variety of the last time I went last month, you now only get four sides. Two were different forms of potato, and another was squares of nori. The sweet potato was crunchy, like it had been rolled, rather than cooked, in sugar, and the mashed potato had syrup poured on top.

  Food, tables, grill all look clean and fresh everybtime ive stopped by. The side dishes that come with the all you can eat taste so good. The servers are always so fast and helpful almost immediately when you may need a refill or more for the grill. Price for the dinner time selection is great. I enjoy coming here when me amd friends want to hangout.

  I had an UberEats order but sadly one bag was missing from my order. It was a simple human mistake between the restaurant and driver. I called the restaurant and they were very apologetic and agreed to remake the entire order fresh so that I could drive to them and pick up. When I arrived I waited just a few minutes for the fresh food to be made but I was offered a free lemonade while I waited which was very thoughtful of their part. Mistakes happen but I was very grateful at their service, JK was very sweet keeping me updated on the food while I waited. Food and service is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

  The staff is so horrible, it ruined our experience. The wait time was only due to the guy wanting to discriminate. Then his attitude was very rude and made no sense to be that condescending to a paying customer when I was patient and understanding the entire time (not to mention spent over $200). He felt no remorse or care and encouraged me to go write a review and followed with “next” to dismiss me further. This place used to have such great customer service and it’s unfortunate to see how it went down the drain.
